Abstract

This chapter utilized the potentially all pairwise ranKings of all possible alternatives method. This method relies on the mutual comparison of pairs of all potential solutions to derive criteria values and assess the significance of alternatives. The decision maker (DM) must ascertain what holds greater importance for them and select that option from the nondominant pairs. The DM has the option to select one of the alternatives or to assert that the pairs hold equal significance. To demonstrate this method in a practical context, examples from the agribusiness sector were used, specifically regarding the selection of suppliers and speeders. This method was implemented using the 1000minds program. The implementation of this approach in specific instances has demonstrated its practicality and effectiveness in resolving situations with conflicting criteria. Utilization of the 1000minds program enhances decision-making clarity and enables the formulation of a precise and comprehensive decision.
