Abstract
Planed migrations represent the phenomenon of global proportions. Aim of this paper is critically discusses the causes and consequences of the state planned migrations in Vojvodina (Serbia), as well as the formation of new settlements through a planned migration, using different statistical data sources, selected empirical studies and cartographic methods.
